This policy describes how OTHGo collects and processes personal data, in accordance with law no. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 relating to the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

1. Data controller

The data controller is OTH Soft, publisher of the OTHGo service. For any question relating to your data, you may write to: hello@othgo.com

2. Data collected

We collect the following data:

  • account data: email address, telephone number, business name;

  • payment metadata: amount, date, transaction reference and payment status;
  • minimal technical data necessary for the operation of the service (for example connection logs).

Payment card data never passes through OTHGo and is neither collected nor retained by OTHGo: it is processed by our payment provider SofizPay and the interbank system (CIB).

3. Purposes of processing

The data is processed for the following purposes:

  • to provide and operate the service (creation, hosting and publication of the website);
  • to manage billing and payments;
  • to provide support and communication with the Customer;
  • to improve and secure the service.

4. Legal basis

The processing relies, depending on the case, on the performance of the contract (provision of the service), compliance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations) and, where applicable, the consent of the data subject.

5. Retention period

Account data is retained for the duration of the subscription, and then for one (1) year after the archiving of the website, in order to allow the service to be resumed.

Invoices and accounting documents are retained for the period provided for by the applicable accounting and tax obligations.

6. Your rights

In accordance with law no. 18-07, you have the following rights over your data:

  • right of access;
  • right of rectification;
  • right to object;
  • right to erasure.

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@othgo.com or via our contact page.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

7. Recipients and subprocessors

To provide the service, we use the following subprocessors, which may process certain data on our behalf:

Some of these providers are located outside Algeria; the corresponding transfers are framed in order to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
