Pay in dinars: CIB/Edahabia card through our approved payment partner SofizPay, or CCP (after we check your website).
Your card details never pass through OTHGo: they are processed directly by SofizPay and your bank. No international card is required. For CCP, we check your website first, then send you our details by message.
Subscription & renewal
- ✓The subscription is monthly or annual, as you choose.
- ✓Renewal is never automatic: before each due date, we email you a payment link.
- ✓Without payment, your site is paused, then archived.
- ✓After archiving, your data is kept for 45 days, then deleted.
Refund
You see your finished site BEFORE paying: that is where you decide, and at that point you owe nothing. Law 18-05 provides a 15-day withdrawal period, but it does not apply to a digital service the customer expressly requested and that has already been performed. Paying the subscription triggers publication: the service is delivered at that moment. Even so, we accept any refund request received within 15 days of payment; after that, we look at each request case by case, in particular if the service was not provided. And nothing renews without your payment.

What’s the difference between Starter and Business?
Starter covers the essentials: a showcase site in a single language, with 20 AI content generations per period. Business adds several languages, 300 AI generations per period, the online store, connecting your own domain, and priority support. Because the store is a Business feature, an activity that sells online (shop, pastry / catering) starts on Business directly.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Once your site is built, you choose: try it free for 3 days, online right away and with no card, or pay right away with 20% off your first payment. When the trial ends the site is paused until you pay, and it comes back online with all its content as soon as you do. One trial per business.
Does the 20% discount apply to renewals too?
No: it applies to the first payment only, when you pay right away instead of trying. It does not add up with a promo code: the bigger of the two discounts applies.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
Yes. Every plan is available monthly, great for trying it out, or annually. Annual is cheaper: you save about 17% (the equivalent of 2 months free).
What is the Custom plan?
Custom is fully bespoke: our team builds everything by hand, from idea to launch, unique design, multi-page, branding, commerce and integrations. Pricing starts at 99,999 DA and is set on quote, after a conversation about your project.
What if I want my own domain name?
Connecting your own domain is included from the Business plan, from your client area. The simplest is a .com: you buy it online in a few minutes. A .dz works too, but the Algerian registry asks for a trade register in the domain’s name, which takes longer. Either way, buying the domain is not included, as it doesn’t belong to us.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from your client area. Moving up from Starter to Business starts as soon as it is paid: you pay the Business price minus the Starter days you have not used, and a new Business period starts that day. Other changes (Business to Starter, monthly to annual or back) apply at your next renewal, and you can cancel them until then.
How do I pay without an international card?
CIB/Edahabia card or CCP (after we check your website), in dinars. Cards go through SofizPay: your card details stay with SofizPay and your bank, they never pass through OTHGo. For CCP, we check your website, send you our details by message, then you send us a photo of the receipt.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
The real safeguard is upstream: you see the finished site before you pay, so you only pay if you are keeping it.
