Pay in dinars, by CIB or Edahabia card, through our approved payment partner SofizPay.
Your card details never pass through OTHGo: they are processed directly by SofizPay and your bank. No international card is required.
Subscription & renewal
- ✓The subscription is monthly or annual, as you choose, and renews automatically.
- ✓We notify you by email before each due date.
- ✓Without renewal, your site is paused, then archived.
- ✓After archiving, your data is kept for 45 days, then deleted.
Refund
You see your finished site BEFORE paying: that is where you decide, and at that point you owe nothing. Law 18-05 provides a 15-day withdrawal period, but it does not apply to a digital service the customer expressly requested and that has already been performed. Paying the subscription triggers publication: the service is delivered at that moment, so the current period is not refundable. You can stop the renewal at any time from your client area. If the service is down for a sustained period through our fault, we refund pro rata, no argument.

What’s the difference between Starter and Business?
Starter covers the essentials: a showcase site in a single language, with 20 AI content generations per period. Business adds several languages, 300 AI generations per period, the online store, connecting your own domain, and priority support. Because the store is a Business feature, an activity that sells online (shop, pastry / catering) starts on Business directly.
Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?
Yes. Every plan is available monthly, great for trying it out, or annually. Annual is cheaper: you save about 17% (the equivalent of 2 months free).
What is the Custom plan?
Custom is fully bespoke: our team builds everything by hand, from idea to launch, unique design, multi-page, branding, commerce and integrations. Pricing starts at 99,999 DA and is set on quote, after a conversation about your project.
What if I want my own domain name?
Connecting your own domain is included from the Business plan, from your client area. The simplest is a .com: you buy it online in a few minutes. A .dz works too, but the Algerian registry asks for a trade register in the domain’s name, which takes longer. Either way, buying the domain is not included, as it doesn’t belong to us.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move from Starter to Business (or back) and switch monthly/annual cadence from your client area. The new price applies at the next renewal.
How do I pay without an international card?
With your CIB or Edahabia card, in dinars, through SofizPay. Your card details stay with SofizPay and your bank, they never pass through OTHGo.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
The real safeguard is upstream: you see the finished site before you pay, so you only pay if you are keeping it. Once paid, the site goes live immediately: a digital service performed at your request, which law 18-05 excludes from withdrawal. The current period is not refundable, but you can stop the renewal whenever you like, in one click. If the service fails for a sustained period through our fault, we refund pro rata.
